Coverage

Furniture Warehouse Supersite provides warranties on all products purchased online and in-store. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not extend to damage resulting from general wear and tear, misuse, or natural events.

Warranty Periods:

• Lounge: 5-year frame warranty, 2-year foam warranty, and 1-year coverage on fabric, leather, and mechanical components.
• Mattresses: 15-year warranty for lasting support and durability.
• Living Furniture: 3-year structural warranty, with 1-year coverage on fabric or leather chairs (if applicable).
• Bedroom Furniture: 3-year structural warranty, plus 1-year coverage on fabric or leather finishes (if applicable).

Claim Process

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect and qualifies for warranty service, please complete our warranty claim form.

Evaluation and Resolution

Once we receive your claim, our customer service team will assess the details provided. Additional information or photos may be requested to better evaluate the issue. If the defect falls within the warranty coverage, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper use, care, or maintenance
• Damage due to natural events (fire, flood, etc.)
• Modifications or repairs not authorised by Furniture Warehouse Supersite

Terms and Conditions

• The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• A proof of purchase (invoice) is required for all warranty claims.
• Any repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.

Limitation of Liability

Furniture Warehouse Supersite’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product at our discretion. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from product use.
