Warranty Policy

Coverage

Furniture Warehouse Supersite offers warranties on all products purchased through our website and in-store. Our standard warranty covers a period of 12 months from the date of purchase for all furniture items, and 10 years for all mattresses. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not extend to damages resulting from wear and tear or acts of nature (acts of god).

Claim Process 

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect and qualifies for warranty service, please follow these steps fill out our warranty form

    Evaluation and Resolution

    Upon receiving your claim, our customer service team will evaluate the information provided. We may request additional details or photos to better assess the issue. If the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect and within the warranty coverage, we will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.

    Exclusions

    This warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear
    • Damage resulting from improper use, care, or maintenance
    • Damage caused by acts of god (natural disasters, fire, flood, etc.)
    • Modifications to the product not authorised by Furniture Warehouse Supersite

    Terms and Conditions

    • The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
    • Proof of purchase (invoice) is required for all warranty claims.
    • Any repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.

    Limitation of Liability

    Furniture Warehouse Supersite's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product at our discretion. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
