Do you offer delivery? And if so, how far?
We certainly do! We use 3rd patry delivery companies in both Brisbane and Melbourne. You will find the updated prices when you checkout online or just ask us in-store.
Are your items brand new and do they come with warranty?
All our items are brand new and boxed unless otherwise specified. Occasionally we offer samples and ex display items that are purchased “AS IS”. All brand-new stock includes a 12-month warranty.
What if I want to collect the items myself?
All items can be collected directly from the advertised locations either on the day of sale or selected times advertised.

Is there a return policy if my items don’t suit?
As we specialise in clearing discontinued clearance or liquidation stock, we are unable to offer refunds for simple change of mind. Please speak to our team regarding further details on refund policies or our policy online now.
Can I still purchase something if it says its out of stock?
All our products quantities are shown in live time, as long as there are still items available online you’ll be able to purchase. If an item is out of stock, the website will not allow you to complete the transaction. For instore purchases, products will be available until the tickets are removed. Please keep in mind some stock is strictly limited, so we encourage you to secure your purchases quickly.
