Delivery Policy
Thank you for choosing FURNITURE WAREHOUSE SUPERSITE (FWS). Our delivery process is designed to ensure your items arrive safely and promptly.
Order Placement: When placing an order on our website, customers have the option to select delivery with a quoted price. This price is based on delivery distance.
Delivery Process:
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed, our team will coordinate with a trusted third-party delivery company.
- Delivery Scheduling: Within 2-4 days of placing your order, the delivery company will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time. If you've ordered a pre-order item, we will keep you informed about its estimated time of arrival (ETA).
- Delivery Day: On the scheduled delivery day, the delivery team will transport your items to your specified location. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery.
Important Notes:
- Pre-order Items: If you've purchased a pre-order item, we will provide regular updates on its status and notify you as soon as it becomes available for delivery.
- Multiple orders: If you have multiple orders unfulfilled we can deliver to the SAME location for one delivery fee, it's the customer's responsibility to inform FWS that there are multiple open orders.
- Changes to Delivery: If you need to reschedule or make changes to your delivery appointment, please contact the delivery company directly at least 48 hours in advance, as the drivers often load the truck a day in advance.
Damaged or Missing Items: Upon delivery, please inspect your items carefully. If you notice any damage or if items are missing, please notify us immediately so that we can assist you in resolving the issue.
